How does my organization become a Host Site?

How much does it cost to become a Host Site?

There is no cost involved. In fact, we give an Administrative Support Donation to each Host Site for every box that is ordered through that site.

What is an Administrative Support Donation?

As a way of giving back, the Treasure Box will donate money to each Host Site for every box that is ordered through that site. In addition, each Delivery Site will get an additional amount donated back to them for every box that is delivered to their site. This donation may be used any way the organization chooses.

How do people pay for their boxes?

Orders are either prepaid by the consumer online or through the participating organization. The Host Site or Delivery Site will then pay Good Source Solutions one lump sum for all the boxes ordered through their organization.

How do I keep track of who has ordered?

The Treasure Box will provide you with a Receipt Book. Additionally, we advise you to keep your own individual order tracking spreadsheet.

What happens if people forget to pick up their boxes?

Treasure Boxes that are not picked up will be donated.

Will we have a point of contact to work with at The Treasure Box?

Each Host Site will be appointed a Community Outreach Representative to assist with coordination of the program and your organization.

How many volunteers will we need to run this program?

A Host Site will need two people to spearhead the program and a Delivery Site will need three to four people.

Do you accept Food Stamps as payment?

Not at this time, but we hope to in the near future.

How do we get our order to you?

You may email or fax in the number of boxes you wish to order. Then submit cash, check or credit card for the total amount of boxes ordered.

How soon do we pay you after we fax or call in the order?

Please submit payment within five days after you place your order.

How many deliveries do we get each month?

One delivery will arrive each month on the last Saturday of the month.

What time will the truck deliver my boxes?

A two-hour delivery window for each organization is established for each month’s delivery date.
