Steve received a B.A. degree in Bible Theology from Biola University and a Masters degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University. Steve received his certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS and teaches sessions on Inventory Management and Forecasting (MRP).

Steve brings to the table a unique blend of more than 25 years of experience in supply chain, logistics and planning as well as more than three years of service in ministry to churches, non-profits and communities. Steve considers himself to be a proponent of servant leadership whereby a leader serves as a vessel to empower and equip his team to do their jobs successfully. Steve believes in the importance of never compromising one’s integrity and sees himself metaphorically as an orchestra conductor in his managerial role with The Treasure Box.

Marianne Richards, Regional Manager - Southern California and Arizona

Marianne received a B.A. degree in International Relations from Michigan State University. Prior to joining The Treasure Box, Marianne was the Executive Vice President of Sales with Pinnacle Consulting Services and held positions in sales and marketing management with both Toyota and Chrysler Corporations.

Marianne brings more than 15 years of extensive sales and marketing management experience to The Treasure Box team. Marianne strongly believes that by recognizing and engaging the whole person via their mind, heart and spirit, it unleashes the highest talents and capabilities of her team. Integrity and respect are of the utmost importance to her as she seeks organizations that are making a positive impact in their local communities to partner with The Treasure Box.

Doug Metcalfe - Regional Manager - Northern California and Northwest United States

Doug has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications from Illinois State University and is working on his Masters Degree in Pastoral Ministries at Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary. He is an Ordained Minister with 15 plus years service as a Youth and Children’s Pastor and Evangelist. He also has over 20 years experience in the broadcast industry working with radio and television networks, as a reporter and videographer, producing commercials, music videos and live broadcasts. Some of his clients and employers were CBS, ABC, ESPN, Fox Sports, HDTV and The 700 Club.

Doug comes to The Treasure Box with a heart that truly beats as he helps others. He sees the great need across this country and desires to equip others to serve in their community. Doug has served in leadership and management in several for profit and non-profit organizations and loves to teach others the most effective ways that they can help those around them.
